FREEDOM HOUSE 9TH ANNUAL GALA & CHARITY AUCTION - CELEBRATING WOMEN OF COURAGE
Freedom House's annual dinner and charity auction will be benefiting human-trafficking survivors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cinco de Mayo will be the festive backdrop for a special evening filled with powerful testimonies, networking opportunities, awards ceremony, gourmet cuisine, entertaining silent and live auctions, and more!
Stacy Jewell, a nationally recognized survivor-advocate, will be sharing during her keynote address her experience as a victim of sex trafficking after being kidnapped at age 19. She is the writer/producer of 7 Layers Captive, an award-winning play about her ordeal, which debuted at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
Registration check-in, a no-host social hour, featuring signature margaritas, and silent auction bidding begin at 6:00 p.m. The formal dinner, with complimentary wine, will be served at 7:15 p.m. Cocktail attire is suggested.
