Lufupa Muhongo started to serve as a care worker at Kachema Musuma sometime between 2009 and 2010. Hands at Work was reaching out to local churches, mobilizing them to care for the widows and orphans in Zimba, and Lufupa was one of the church leaders who responded to the call. He heard their plea for care workers and volunteered to serve. Soon after joining, Lufupa learned more about what it means to be a follower of the Jesus we know and has since grown in his devotion and commitment to helping the vulnerable and living a life of faith.
Lufupa Muhongo asks that we pray for his family of 14 children, that they may be committed to Christ.
